My recent stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Sydney was a mixed bag. The location near Circular Quay and The Rocks was unbeatable, and the staff provided great service. However, I found the room furnishings were outdated and the renovations made the Club Level experience less special than I had hoped. Overall, it's a solid choice, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

I stayed in a deluxe city view room on the 25th floor. While it had the usual comforts of a 5-star hotel, many of the furnishings were chipped and felt outdated. On the plus side, the bed was extremely comfortable, which is a must for me.
Service
9.0
The staff were genuinely amazing, showing a can't-do attitude and going above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. From warm welcomes to helping with room service for breakfast when I missed the cutoff, their effort made a significant difference.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk from Circular Quay, the Opera House, and many great restaurants. Despite the construction chaos around George Street, getting around on foot was a breeze.
Dining
7.0
Unfortunately, breakfast during my stay was a bit lackluster since the Club Level was temporarily relocated and felt noisy and less classy. The dining options outside of the hotel, however, are fantastic with many great restaurants nearby.
Facilities
5.0
The pool area didn’t meet my 5-star expectations and seemed dated. I also noticed the ongoing renovations in other parts of the hotel, so hopefully, those will lead to an overall upgrade in facilities soon.

My stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Sydney was really good, marked by stunning views and great service. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of my room and the attentive staff, who went above and beyond. However, there was a bit of a hiccup with communication between the staff at times. Overall, it was a magnificent experience that I would highly recommend.

My room had a sensational view of the harbor and was always kept clean. The bed was sumptuously comfortable, making for a great night's sleep.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They exceeded my expectations, from the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service during my meals. However, I did experience some communication issues between different staff members at times.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from Circular Quay and The Rocks, which made it easy to explore the area.
Dining

While I didn't eat breakfast in-house, I heard great things about the options, particularly the pastries. The local cafés nearby offered good choices, and I enjoyed the fantastic cocktails at the hotel bar.
Facilities

The hotel offers excellent amenities including room service and concierge assistance for excursions, which was a nice perk. Everything I needed was arranged smoothly.

7.4/10

My stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Sydney was a mix of highs and lows. The location is absolutely superb, right by Circular Quay and close to major attractions like the Opera House. However, I faced some challenges, including a noisy room due to construction and long breakfast wait times. While the staff was friendly and the room comfortable, I expected a bit more from a luxury hotel like this. 😊🌆

Rooms

The room was luxurious with a magnificent view of Circular Quay ferries and the Opera House. Although the room and bathroom felt slightly small, the bedding was lovely, and everything was clean.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. However, there were moments where I felt like more could have been done to enhance the experience.
Location
10.0
Being centrally located near top restaurants and major attractions made exploring the city a breeze. The accessibility to shops and the vibrant atmosphere around Circular Quay was a definite bonus.
Dining
6.0
While the breakfast was included in our rate, the long queues were frustrating. The quality of the meats I tried during meals could use improvement, as they felt somewhat average.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel has solid facilities, including room service and a welcoming vibe. However, the entrance to certain areas felt unimpressive for a hotel of this caliber, especially the pool area.

I had an enjoyable stay, with the location being a highlight, allowing for easy access to attractions like the Opera House. The staff were consistently friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. However, I encountered a few service hiccups, particularly with the dining experience, which left me a bit disappointed.

Rooms

My room had a partial harbor view and was comfortable, although it felt a bit dated, especially the wood-look wardrobes.
Service

While most of the staff were friendly and accommodating, I did experience delays with my wake-up call and the check-out process, which could have been smoother.

Breakfast was supposed to be included, but I unfortunately missed it due to service oversights. I wish I had received the welcome drink as well.
Facilities

The facilities are good, with room service and a large fitness center, but I didn't have time to fully explore everything during my stay.

My stay at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney was mostly fantastic. I enjoyed the stunning views of Sydney Harbour from my room, especially during sunset. The location was excellent, being so close to the Opera House and other attractions. However, I was disappointed with the drilling noise during my stay, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience. Overall, I would rate it highly despite some drawbacks. 🌅😊

The hotel's location is perfect, right in the city center and very close to Circular Quay. I could easily walk to various sightseeing spots and top restaurants.
Dining

I was impressed with the breakfast buffet, though the price of $60 seemed high. Overall, there were great dining options available within walking distance.
Facilities

Facilities were satisfactory, but I found room service responsiveness lacking at times. It could have been better considering the overall quality of the hotel.
